专家简介：深圳大学经济学院金融与财务学特聘教授，研究方向为公司财务和资本市场。发表SSCI期刊文章共84篇，其中近三年发表共53篇。顶级会计和金融期刊发表文章包括：Journal of Finance; Journal of International Business Studies, and Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis。国际知名的会计和金融期刊发表文章包括：Journal of Corporate Finance (8篇); Journal of Banking and Finance (7篇); Journal of Risk and Insurance (2篇); Journal of International Money and Finance (3篇); Journal of Business Finance and Accounting (2篇), Journal of Empirical Finance (3篇), among many others。发表多篇中文顶级期刊文章包括：《经济研究》（2篇）、《管理世界》等等。此外，还担任许多期刊的审稿人，包括：Journal of Banking and Finance, and Journal of Risk and Insurance, Financial Management, Accounting and Finance.此外，他还主持过澳大利亚国家研究基金（一次）和中国国家自科基金面上项目（两次），连续被“爱思唯尔”评为“高被引学者”。
